Simple steps to access your company’s CPARS Ratings Metrics Report from the CPARS.gov system:

NOTE: Your company’s authorized CPARS.gov user will need to enter a registered email address and password.

1. Go to CPARS.gov and log in as a registered user.

2. On the CPARS welcome screen click ‘Dashboard’ on the dropdown menu and the Dashboard will display.

3. Under ‘Report Type’ and ‘Evaluation Type Reports’ click on the ‘Ratings’ option.

4. Under ‘Report Format’ click on the ‘Counts Matrix’ option.

5. Under ‘Group By’ choose ‘By All’ (the default value) and under ‘Filter By’ choose ‘All’ for each category (the default value).

6. Click [Spreadsheet] – Clicking this link allows you to download the CPARS counts data (in a matrix format) or the list data (into a spreadsheet format).

You will see your company’s CPARS Ratings Report which contains all your CPARS performance ratings per evaluation factor for all registered federal contracts. You will need at least a majority of “Very Good”, if not “Exceptional”, ratings to win and keep contracts and remain competitive in the federal marketplace. “Satisfactory” ratings won’t help you much or distinguish your company from others.
